Thursday, 22 September 2022, the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) held assistance in preparing the Work Plan and Budget (RKA) – Annual Performance Plan (RKT) for 2023. Taking place in the Computer Laboratory Room of FPH UI, this activity was attended by the departmental secretariat staff, study groups, study programs, units/subunits, laboratories, and LPPKM units in FPHUI.
The annual performance plan (RKT) is an elaboration of the targets and programs that have been set in the Renstra. Work units will implement it through various annual activities. In contrast, the Work Plan and Budget (RKA) is a planning and budgeting document containing income plans, program and activity spending plans, and financing plans for the activities to be carried out.
In this mentoring activity, participants were given RKA working papers to fill in according to the targets of each work unit which, of course, refers to the 2023 RKT or Performance Contract.
Present the Vice Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration of FPH UI, Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Sc., who gave the opening remarks at this activity. “The preparation of the RKA refers to a performance contract that is cascaded from the University to the Faculty, so it is very important to map out the program plans and expenses for each work unit by looking at their relation to the performance contract”, said Dr. Milla through her speech.
It is in line with the expectations of the Faculty Secretary, FPH UI, Nelasari, S.K.M., M.K.M., as the person in charge of preparing the RKA at FPH UI. “The preparation of this RKA must refer to the existing RKT. All departments, study groups, study programs, units/subunits, and laboratories must understand what will be done to achieve their performance targets, described in the form of activities. That way, it is hoped that the faculty can achieve performance targets as determined by the university, “concluded Nelasari. (wrk)
