Following the success of getting the title as a work unit with the Integrity Zone (ZI) predicate towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK), the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) began the selection process towards a Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). Friday, 3 February 2023, FPH UI participated in monitoring and evaluation for the ZI Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) for the January period. Monev takes place online followed by all work units that are preparing to take part in the Integrity Zone selection. From the University of Indonesia, 3 (three) faculties that participated in monev were FPH, Faculty of Medicine (FK), and Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FIA).
Monitoring and evaluation takes place by providing feedback and assessing the suitability of documents by the assessors on the LKE that have been collected by the participants on the INSPIRAZI website. Each lever discussed with the assessors in each breakout room. Monitoring lasts for 30 minutes each and produces several notes which will be followed up by each lever team.
Preparing for the construction of the WBBM Integrity Zone, FPH UI has taken a progressive step by obtaining the ISO 37001: 2016 Anti-Bribery Management System certification, on December 15, 2022. This certification is an acknowledgment of FPH UI services that are free from bribery and gratuity practices. ISO 37001: 2016 in the implementation of services at FPH UI is integrated with ISO 9001: 2015.
