Following the success of the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia as a work unit that won the Corruption-Free Area Integrity Zone (ZI-WBK) at the end of 2021, the task of sharing good practices with other work units, especially fellow tertiary institutions, began. The duties and mandate to provide assistance are contained in the Ministry of Education and Culture’s letter number: 0282/E/OT.01.03/2022, March 29, 2022. Most recently, from 21 to 23 June 2023, FPH UI together with the Ministry of Education and Culture provided technical assistance and guidance to Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta) Banten. The Technical Guidance which took place in Jakarta was divided into 3 main parts and was attended by around 60 participants consisting of the Untirta Integrity Zone team.
The first part of the Bimtek begins with a sharing session on the construction of the Integrity Zone at FPH UI by the Dean of FPH UI for the 2019-2021 period, Prof. Dr. dr. Sabarinah, M.Sc. The second part is an introduction to ZI development and identification of LKE filling by Alexander Ari Ade Saputro, as well as determination of the wow factor and introduction of the Inspiration application by M. Ali Akbar (Kemendikbudristek). The third part is technical guidance on action plans, presentation, and evaluation of the Evaluation Worksheet by 3 FPH UI sources, namely Nelasari, M.K.M.; Lilis Komariyah, M.A.R.S., and Annisa Citra Rheeyaninda, S.K.M. The three resource persons distributed guidance based on 6 areas of the Integrity Zone development levers.
Sharing good practices and accepting mock study visits by work units that have achieved the integrity zone title opens opportunities for replication of the innovations produced. The replicated innovation will be a very beneficial assessment for the work unit in the integrity zone assessment by the KemenPAN-RB. (sf)
