The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) held a Plenary Meeting for educational staff (tendik) on Wednesday, 30 August 2023. Held in the FPH UI Doctoral Promotion Room, this meeting aimed to provide socialization of the Regional Integrity Zone (ZI) assessment visitation plan Clean Serving Bureaucracy (WBBM) from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) as well as the release of 3 (three) retired staff.
“Retirement is a cycle that every working person will go through. Thank you to the three FPH UI staff who will retire, for providing dedication to FPH UI during their work period. “Hopefully the three staff from FPH UI who will retire can have a retirement period that is full of benefits and always healthy,” said the Deputy Dean of Education, Research and Student Affairs, FPH UI, Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc., gave a few words to the retired FPH UI members consisting of Mr. Asep Saiful, Mr. Rohili and Mr. Ma’ruf.
Furthermore, Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration FPH UI, Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Sc., provided socialization on the visitation plan for assessing the Integrity Zone (ZI) for Clean Serving Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM) from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB). As is known, FPH UI has achieved the title of Regional Integrity Zone Free from Corruption (WBK) in December 2021. Continuing the struggle in developing ZI, this year FPH UI is in the process of building a Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area. “In simple terms, what we all need to remember, especially the front line of services at FPH UI, is that ZI-WBBM means that FPH services are free from corruption and provide excellent service for stakeholders, especially students,” said Dr. Milla. Providing excellent service or the best service and how to internalize the values of integrity within the FPH UI environment is the key to developing a good ZI-WBBM.
Through this plenary meeting, it is hoped that all staff within FPH UI will be better prepared to receive assessment visits related to ZI-WBBM. (wrk)
