Wednesday, January 3, 2024, a meeting for monitoring and evaluating the performance contract achievements for the fourth quarter of 2024 was held by the heads of faculties and work units under the Deanship. This monitoring meeting is a routine meeting which aims to collect and evaluate the achievements of performance contracts which are handed down to work subunits in the Deanery.
The realization of performance achievements was explained by the Faculty Secretary, Nelasari, M.K.M., with aggregate faculty achievements of 229%. In achieving performance contracts per field, the following results were obtained: 1. Field 4 (HR; Cooperation, Ventures and Alumni Relations; LPPKM; Deputy General Manager) with a total of 338.849%; 2. Fields under the University Secretary (General Administration: Faculty Secretary; UPMNA; Public Relations) amounted to 236.1%; 3. Field 3 (URPM) of 226.61%; Field 2 and Non-Sector (Finance; Facilities; Information Technology) amounting to 56.97%; Field 1 (Academic; Student Affairs; UPMA) was 112.17%.
The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration, Dr. Milla Herdayati, and attended by the Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, Dr. Asih Setiarini, Faculty Secretary, Managers, Deputy General Managers, and Subunit Coordinators.
In line with the monitoring and evaluation carried out on all work units under the dean, on Friday, January 5, 2024, the same monitoring, and evaluation meeting was also held for Departments, Study Groups, Study Programs, LPPKM and Journals.
“The new year is a moment for reflection to renew our enthusiasm and performance in the current and next year. In 2024 our tasks will increase, even though the achievements in 2023 are very good, we will still make efforts and hard work. We plan to develop new study programs such as Public Health Professionals, Master of Social Affairs Study Programs, and double degrees in 2024. We are also preparing for international accreditation. Of course, don’t forget the mandate of ZI WBBM which must be continued. It is hoped that internationalization programs can be achieved this year. “We appreciate your hard work so far, ladies and gentlemen who have worked hard and enthusiastically to make FPH even more superior,” welcomed the Dean of FPH UI, Prof. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo in front of the Deputy Deans, Faculty Secretaries and Managers, Heads of Study Programs, Heads of Departments, Heads of Study Groups, Heads of LPPKM, and Subunit Coordinators.
The performance contract achievements of the Department, Study Program, Study Group, LPPKM and Journal are presented by each work unit leader in accordance with the performance indicators and results of the fourth quarter achievements along with the obstacles faced in achieving them.
At the monitoring and evaluation meeting for Departments, Study Programs, Pokdi, LPPKM and Journals, the Deputy Dean for Resources and General Administration also explained the results of the service satisfaction assessment and service user satisfaction survey in 2023. The results of the service survey will also be disseminated through a plenary meeting of educational staff and online via the social media platform owned by FPH UI.
In connection with the service satisfaction survey, the leadership invites all parties to improve services by jointly monitoring so that service improvement efforts can take place optimally. Based on the results of the service satisfaction survey in 2023, there were 355 respondents who took part in the survey and 81% percent said they were very satisfied, 18% were satisfied, and the rest said they were not satisfied.
