In fact, the role of HR in the digital transformation of health is very crucial and the most important aspect. The response or feedback in digital transformation will determine the success or failure of the transformation carried out. “There will always be challenges, and there must be ways to deal with them. The impact of health transformation will be more beneficial in the long term. “It takes effort to achieve the desired transformation and all factors must play a role, both in terms of technology and human resources,” explained Benedict.
Furthermore, the Director of Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital, dr. Dewi Basmala, MARS, discussed the importance of strengthening HR integrity in facing the challenges of the National Health Insurance (JKN) policy. Patient safety has become popular since the publication of a book entitled “To Err is Human: Building a Safer Health System” by the Institute of Medicine in 2000. According to him, medical errors and other errors in health services can be prevented.
