Accepted the Visit of the TPI Team Inspector General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, FPH UI Undertakes Monitoring and Evaluation of the Preparation of the Clean Serving Bureaucracy Area Integrity Zone (WBBM)

The Faculty of Public Health (FPH), Universitas Indonesia (UI), this year continues preparations towards assessing the Clean Serving Bureaucracy Area Integrity Zone (ZI WBBM), from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. One of the stages leading to this assessment is a monitoring and evaluation visitation from the Internal Assessment Team (TPI) of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

This monitoring and evaluation are part of the entire ZI assessment stage which consists of 3 levels of assessment, namely initial assessment by Dikti, assessment/monitoring and evaluation by the Inspectorate General of Higher Education, and finally assessment by TPI Kemenpan-RB.

Specifically, TPI’s role is to monitor the construction of the integrity zone, be a partner of the integrity zone team in improving the progress of the construction of the integrity zone, provide assessments and recommendations on the progress of the construction of the integrity zone, and evaluate and provide suggestions for improving the integrity zone program.

Monitoring and evaluation by the TPI Inspectorate General were carried out on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, offline at the FPH UI Depok Campus by 11 assessors who were spread out to carry out FGDs into 6 levers. Welcoming the presence of the assessors, the Dean, Deputy Deans, managers, and members of each lever were present. The speech by the FPH UI leadership was given by the Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, Dr. Asih Setiarini said, “The journey to prepare ZI WBBM has been carried out since 2023. Our hope is of course that FPH UI this year will have sufficient preparation compared to last year. We ask for guidance from the TPI Inspectorate General so that preparations are better, and we can obtain maximum results in the final assessment.”

Monitoring and evaluation began with a presentation of the major outlines of LKE by the Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration, Dr. Milla Herdayati, followed by FGD per lever with assessors. At the end of the visitation session, a field visit is carried out and a summary of the results of monitoring, evaluation and feedback is provided on all processes that have been monitored.

Adi Sulistio, head of the TPI Inspectorate General team, conveyed the latest update regarding monitoring and evaluation in 2024, “The visit was carried out to ensure that services at FPH UI were able to compete. “There is something different this year where the service policy for people with disabilities by the Ministry of Education and Culture has become a mandatory service and on the other hand for the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform it has become an innovation.” Adi further emphasized that the emphasis in ZI WBBM lies on evidence that the innovations that have been developed have been replicated by other work units.

Through the evaluation monitoring carried out, all stakeholders and FPH UI residents can reflect on the extent of preparations that have been carried out and can determine corrective steps and fulfillment of what things are still to be taken. (sf)
