Since 2022, Universitas Indonesia has become one of the Computer-Based Writing Examination Centers (UTBK), where several faculties and cluster buildings are used as locations for administering them. The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) has once again become one of the locations for the implementation of the Computer-Based Written Examination (UTBK) within the UI environment in 2024.
The UTBK implementation is divided into two batches, April 30, and May 2 – 7 2024 for the first batch and May 14 – 20 2024 for the second batch. To avoid crowds, UI divided UTBK into two sessions, the first session at 06.45–12.00 and the second session at 13.00–16.45 with a total of 28 sessions.
For this year’s UTBK activities, FPH UI provided three computer laboratory facilities, namely laboratories A1, A2 and A3. To support the smooth running of UTBK, FPH UI has prepared various supporting facilities such as signage directing UTBK participants to the location, first aid equipment and support facilities friendly to vulnerable groups such as wheelchairs, sticks and crutches if needed.
A total of more than 2,212 participants were scheduled to take part in UTBK from FPH UI which was divided into labs A1, A2 and A3 for two sessions a day, namely morning and afternoon and during 2 batches of implementation.
“As long as the UTBK activities at FPH have been going on until today, there have been no problems and zero accidents. “All participants orderly followed the regulations and the UTBK implementation also ran smoothly,” said Marwan M. Noer, S.Kom., K3L Coordinator for UTBK implementation at FPH UI. (wrk)
