Depok, March 13, 2026 – Ahead of the Eid al-Fitr 1447 H celebration, the leadership of the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) symbolically distributed “Tali Kasih” care donations to all outsourced employees working within the faculty. The handover took place in a warm atmosphere as a form of appreciation for the dedication of 36 cleaning service staff and 13 security officers who have continuously contributed to maintaining the comfort and safety of the campus environment.
The care donation fund was collected through voluntary contributions from FPH UI lecturers and educational staff. This initiative was carried out as an expression of compassion, solidarity, and the spirit of sharing from the entire FPH UI community toward the supporting staff who play an integral role in the faculty’s daily operations.
In her remarks, the Dean of FPH UI, Prof. Dr. Indri Hapsari Susilowati, S.K.M., M.K.K.K., stated that the activity represented appreciation for the contributions of the staff members who help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable campus environment for the academic community every day.
“You are all an important part of the FPH UI family. Without your role and dedication, activities on this campus would not run as smoothly as they do. We hope this token of appreciation ahead of Eid al-Fitr can bring encouragement and happiness to you and your families,” said Prof. Indri of FPH UI.
Meanwhile, a representative of the cleaning service staff, Saiful, expressed gratitude and appreciation for the attention shown by the FPH UI community. “We are deeply grateful to the leadership, lecturers, and all educational staff of FPH UI for their care and support. This assistance means a lot to us, especially ahead of the holiday celebration. May all the kindness of everyone here be rewarded with blessings,” he said.
This moment is expected to further strengthen the bonds of solidarity among all members of the FPH UI community. By maintaining this spirit of togetherness, it is also hoped that it will encourage greater performance and dedication for the continued advancement of FPH UI in the future. (dp)
