In addition, the meetings focused on learning innovation and the development of impactful behavioral change interventions, including strengthening community engagement and downstreaming innovative products. Both departments were also encouraged to optimize collaborative networks to support the faculty’s reputation.

Beyond academic matters, the leadership also shared updates on policies related to the welfare of faculty members and educational staff, plans for improving facilities and infrastructure, and commitments to strengthening governance through the Integrity Zone initiative and compliance with performance reporting. The roadshow also provided an open platform for departments to convey their real challenges and operational needs.

Through this series of visits, FPH UI reaffirmed the importance of aligning efforts across all working units. Continuous consolidation is expected to strengthen internal cohesion and ensure that every department moves in the same direction toward achieving excellent and impactful performance for public health development.
