Depok, February 20, 2026 – The Faculty of Public Health at Universitas Indonesia held a strategic meeting between the Integrity Zone (ZI) Team and the faculty leadership at Room B206A of FPH UI, Depok Campus. The activity marked an important momentum in a new chapter of FPH UI’s journey toward achieving the designation of a Clean and Service-Oriented Bureaucratic Region (WBBM).
The meeting was attended by faculty leaders and members of the FPH UI Integrity Zone Team. The purpose of the gathering was to strengthen collective commitment, evaluate the achievements of Integrity Zone development, and formulate strategies to accelerate the fulfillment of WBBM indicators.
In their remarks, the leaders of FPH UI emphasized that efforts to achieve the WBBM designation are not solely oriented toward fulfilling administrative documents, but rather constitute part of a broader transformation of work culture. Integrity, accountability, and excellent service must become values embedded in every aspect of faculty governance.
In particular, FPH UI paid close attention to improving various aspects that had been submitted in 2025. As the faculty must resubmit its application for the WBBM designation, a comprehensive evaluation was conducted on documents, supporting evidence, and implemented programs. The main focus was directed toward refining substance, strengthening program impact, and ensuring consistency of implementation across all work units.
During the meeting, the Integrity Zone Team presented updates on the implementation of work programs across six areas of reform, including change management, organizational governance improvement, human resource management systems, performance accountability strengthening, supervisory enhancement, and improvement of public service quality. The discussion proceeded constructively, focusing on strengthening implementation strategies and service innovations.
In addition to administrative and system improvements, FPH UI also emphasized the importance of innovations with tangible impact. The faculty is committed to developing innovations whose benefits are not only felt internally, but also provide broader positive impacts for society. During the meeting, the ZI Team and faculty leaders worked together to identify, document, and curate various innovations that have been or are currently being developed to strengthen the WBBM submission.
Several follow-up plans agreed upon included optimizing integrated service systems, improving the effectiveness of data-based monitoring and evaluation, documenting impactful innovations, and strengthening the internalization of integrity values among the entire academic community. These measures are expected to reinforce FPH UI’s position in its renewed application for the WBBM designation.
Through this meeting, FPH UI once again reaffirmed its commitment to continuous transformation in realizing governance that is clean, transparent, service-oriented, and impactful for society. By focusing on continuous improvement and innovations with broad impact, FPH UI remains optimistic about advancing more confidently in its pursuit of the WBBM designation and becoming a model of good bureaucratic reform practices within Universitas Indonesia.
