“FPH UI has 4 (four) undergraduate study programs, which are Bachelor of Public Health, Bachelor of Nutrition, Bachelor of Environmental Health, and Bachelor of Occupational Health and Safety ,” said Academic Manager of the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI), Dr. Laila Fitria, opening her presentation about the profile of FPH UI when welcoming the visit of SMA Al Izhar Pondok Labu students on Friday, October 13, 2023.
Held in Classroom G204 FKM UI, the visit was attended by 22 students and 3 facilitating teachers . During the visit, Dr. Laila Fitria was assisted by the Academic Unit Staff of the Undergraduate Study Program, Tria Rahma, S.K.L., as the guest speaker. Doctor Laila conveyed information about the general profile of FPH UI, educational curriculum, entry pathways, tuition fees, and profiles of each undergraduate study program at FPH UI.
“For regular undergraduate study programs at UI, there is no entrance fee and the semester fee system is subject to a Single Tuition Fee (UKT) which is divided into 11 classes that consider the economic capabilities of students, parents and other parties who financed students. In addition, UI also provides various types of scholarships that can be used by students,” explained Dr. Laila.
In addition, Tria also explained about the activities of FPH UI students in other than classroom lectures, such as student organizations, field learning experiences, internships, industry visits, laboratory practice activities and MBKM activities. (wrk)
