“Public health studies preventive things or how to prevent people from getting sick or staying healthy. “Such as creating programs that can be implemented in society or communities to maintain health, this is the difference between FPH and FK which learns how to treat people who are sick,” said Dr. Robiana Modjo explained about the Bachelor of Public Health Study Program.
Meanwhile, Secretary of the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program, Wahyu Kurnia, S.K.M., M.K.M., explained about the nutrition study program. “Studying nutrition is not only about food, current issues regarding nutrition are also studied. Like the current teenage diet trends, of course not all of them are right and good to follow. “Learning about a healthy diet that is right for the body is important to know to prevent a lack of nutritional intake in the body,” said Wahyu Kurnia.
In the final session, Dr. Ema explained information about the Environmental Health Undergraduate Study Program. “The Environmental Health Undergraduate Study Program is here to answer the challenges of scientific development and the need to overcome various increasingly complex environmental health problems. “Where graduates are expected to have quality analytical skills and abilities to solve environmental health problems, based on knowledge, dedication, ethics and integrity,” said Dr. Emma.
Not only did they get information through the speakers’ presentations, the students of SMA Negeri 2 Kediri also enthusiastically asked questions about graduate employment prospects, the role of FPH students in society, scholarship opportunities, and even questions related to things FPH was doing to prepare its graduates for the era of the industrial revolution. 4.0.
