FPH UI Signs Cooperation Agreement in the Tri Dharma Sector of Higher Education with FPH Cenderawasih University

On Monday, May 6, 2024, in Meeting Room P209 RIK UI Building, the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with FPH Cenderawasih University in the field of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This PKS was created with the aim of improving and supporting education, research and community service activities as well as increasing the synergy of potential resources to realize the vision and mission of both parties.

“FPH UI is in line with UNCEN to go global, apart from that we are also aiming at an entrepreneurial university which can bring the university closer to partners from the business world so that our scientific products don’t just stop at the university library but can also be downstreamed or marketed and utilized by the community. “Of course, by continuing to increase moral responsibility to build Indonesia’s health, one of them is by working together to guide various universities that need guidance in improving or developing their universities in the field of public health,” said the Dean of FPH UI, Prof. Dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc., in his speech.

The cooperation plan between the two parties in the field of education includes, among other things, a scientific forum in the field of public health to support the improvement and development of human resources. These activities can take the form of scientific meetings, training, workshops, seminars, symposiums, or assessments. Meanwhile, in the field of research, the desired collaboration includes, among other things, studies, analysis, program evaluation, case studies, and development of measuring tools in the field of public health. In the community service program, both parties will make integrated use of the availability of human resources to support the empowerment of institutions/communities/society.
