FPH UI again won an award for the construction of a Corruption Free Area Integrity Zone (WBK) and a Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM). This time FPH UI received appreciation as a work unit that has improved the quality of public services and strengthened integrity. These results were obtained from an assessment carried out by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture which has been taking place since May 2023. This award is an award within the scope of the Ministry of Education and Culture which is given to work units that have undergone an assessment by the Ministry of Education and Culture’s internal assessment team.
The award was handed over to coincide with the 2023 University of Indonesia Zone Integrity Award event, on Friday 3 November 2023. The award was handed over by the Head of Management Sub-coordinator, Secretariat General of Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, Mohamad Ali Akbar, S.E., MBA., and received by the Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, FPH UI, Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc.
FPH UI won this award after undergoing a series of assessments and obtaining assessment results with points of 95.97, and was in second place among the 15 work units in Indonesia that were proposed to receive the title of Clean Serving Bureaucratic Regional Integrity Zone (ZI – WBBM) from the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform in 2023.
This award is of course very encouraging and received a positive response from the FPH UI extended family. “Hopefully the title of Integrity Zone will remain and always penetrate the souls of all FPH UI people,” hoped Prof. Sabarinah, who is an inspirational figure in the development of the Integrity Zone at FPH UI.
The awarding is stated in the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, number 26t/M/2023 concerning Internal Awards for Integrity Zones for Areas Free from Corruption/Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas within the Ministry of Education and Culture.
This award provides additional encouragement for the FPH UI family to fight in the selection for the development of a Clean Serving Bureaucratic Regional Integrity Zone (WBBM) in 2023 at the national level, following the success of FPH UI in achieving the title of Corruption Free Regional Integrity Zone in 2021.
