Nadya Arifta Auliazaki, OHS Undergraduate Student Selected as FPH UI Main Outstanding Student 2024

Friday, March 1, 2024, the event for the Selection of Outstanding Students (Pilmapres) for the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) has reached the “2024 FPH UI Pilmapres Final Presentation” stage by presenting 3 finalists in Room A101 FPH UI. Attended by a panel of judges, consisting of Student Affairs Manager, Dien Anshari, Ph.D.; PKIP Department Lecturer, Dr. Tri Krianto; Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Health, Dr. Fitri Kurniasari; Lecturer at the Department of Nutrition, Nurul Dina, M.Sc.; as well as OHS Department Lecturer, Abdul Kadir, M.Sc.; lecturers, as well as students, the final presentations from the finalists will be the final assessment for the 2024 FPH UI Presidential Election.

In this stage, the three finalists carried out a writing test and presented their Creative Ideas (GK) on topics related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Dwina Fitriani Dharmawan, student from the 2021 Environmental Health Study Program, introduced “KENALLINGKUNGAN.ID” and the “Friends of KL” program as a solution in expanding environmental health education to the community and elementary school children in DKI Jakarta. This opportunity is optimized using modern technology and concepts that refer to the Society 5.0 era, namely making humans the focus in creating new entities through technological advances and prioritizing the human spirit in providing the best efforts for environmental and community health.

The second finalist, dealing with psychosocial issues in the workplace, Nadya Arifta Auliazaki, a student from the 2021 Occupational Safety and Health Study Program, provided an educational system “SADARI STRESS” as a solution to detect psychosocial dangers in the form of preventing work stress in MSMEs due to changes in work patterns through the use of e-commerce. Nadya realizes that psychosocial dangers in the form of work-related stress are important to overcome, especially in informal industries where there is minimal socialization regarding OHS, so comprehensive and innovative policies and solutions are needed to overcome these problems.

Finally, Tasya Nabila Purwaningtyas, a student from the 2021 Public Health Study Program, brought the idea of using traditional Sundanese games to increase the physical activity of elementary school students in Bandung City. Through awareness of the high level of physical inactivity, especially among children and teenagers in Indonesia, Tasya designed “RĂ©ncang Ulin” as a series of physical activity programs implemented in Bandung City Elementary Schools for 16 months and is expected to be a promotive effort in increasing physical activity in children in a fun way.

The announcement of the presidential election was the final stage of the 2024 FPH UI outstanding student election series. Finally, on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, Nadya Arifta Auliazaki was crowned first winner of the 2024 FPH UI outstanding student election, followed by Dwina Fitriani Dharmawan as the second winner and Tasya Nabila Purwaningtyas as the third winner. Congratulations to the winners of the 2024 FPH UI Outstanding Student and fighting spirit for Nadya who will represent FPH UI in the upcoming UI outstanding student election. (ITM)
