Dr. Nana Mulyana, Mkes
Nana Mulyana is currently serving as Secretary of the National Institute of Health, Research and Development (Balitbangkes) at the Indonesian Republic’s Ministry of Health. This agency has the task of formulating policies related to technical research and development in the fields of biomedicine and clinical epidemiology, public health efforts, health services, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, human resources, and also the health humanities. They also conduct research in these areas and carry out the ongoing process of monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the implementation of research. Nana Mulyana received his doctorate in Public Health at Universitas Indonesia in 2008.
