Thursday, May 30, 2024, the Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) again held health status screening for its citizens. Health screening in the form of a Mini Medical Check Up accompanied by socialization and discussions with Mandiri Inhealth and Alia Hospital Depok. Located in Lobby G and the Doctoral Promotion Room, Building G, FPH UI, the event was attended by teaching staff, educational staff and FPH UI students.
“We hold Posbindu at FPH UI regularly every 2 months. Inhealth service outreach activities initiated by Mandiri Inhealth are also routinely carried out every year. This time it was also sponsored by Alia Hospital Depok as a new hospital that provides Inhealth services. “Hopefully this activity can provide benefits for us, especially in evaluating the Inhealth service activities that we carried out in the previous year, as well as the goodness that needs to be improved from Mandiri Inhealth in the future,” said Deputy General Manager of FPH UI, Lilis Komariyah, S.Sos., M.A.R.S. , in his speech.
Mandiri Inhealth, as explained by Arman, Customer Relations Officer, has 6,776 providers as of March 4, 2024. The advantage of Mandiri Inhealth is the availability of a Provider Relations Officer (PRO). Provider Relations Officer (PRO), namely Mandiri Inhealth professionals who coordinate with hospitals in providing quality health services to participants. Another advantage is the 24/7 Contact Center, which is a facility for participants to obtain information services, submit complaints, request evacuation and medical repatriation. There is also a Counter & Lounge, namely facilities provided specifically to serve Mandiri Inhealth Participants; Customer Relations Officer (CRO), namely the Contact Person who coordinates with the Company’s PIC; FitAja!, which is an application to make it easier for participants to obtain digital health information and services; and the Medical Advisory Board (MAB), which provides professional advice/opinion based on medical opinions with expertise in medical cases.
Apart from socialization and discussions, FPH UI residents at the mini medical check-up session had the opportunity to receive health status screening in the form of blood pressure, current blood sugar (GDS), and cholesterol checks. (ITM)
