The public can access all collections consisting of books, printed journals, and final assignments which are available in our database for free and can be accessed via our website in the following link (www.lib.fkm.ui.ac.id or www.onesearch.id/RepositoriesRepository?library_id=2376). Apart from that, for the public who are internal to the Faculty of Public Health can access the digital files of students’ final assignments which are available in the collection catalog provided they have registered as members. If they are not yet registered, members of the Faculty of Public Health can register via the membership service link (www.bit.ly/membership_pusinfo) or submit a request for literature search via the following link (www.bit.ly/Penelusuan_Pusinfokesmas) with a maximum file that can be sent per day via email when requesting the service.
1) When the public needs internet access, they can use free hotspots provided by the university by logging in as a guest or by using the Single Sign On (SSO) account owned by civitas of Universitas Indonesia.
2) When the public needs to use facilities related to information literacy, they can come directly and apply for information literacy guidance, or they can fill in the application link for an information literacy class through the following link: s.id/bisnis_literasi_Pusinfokesmas. We will provide the guidance based on the needs of civitas of Universitas Indonesia.
3) Users can also access Libguides such as final assignment templates, use of the reference manager, and tutorials on accessing online databases subscribed by the university via the link: www.bit.ly/libguides_Pusinfofkmui.
The public who are not civitas of Universitas Indonesia will be charged a service fee to utilize our facilities.
Civitas of the Faculty of Public Health can still access and submit requests outside of working hours such as on Saturdays and Sundays via the service link that is shared and according to needs. But service responses will still be provided on working days within working hours. Apart from that, if special conditions occur such as the pandemic several years ago, services that require face-to-face contact will be canceled in accordance with the service’s standard operational procedures.
The Faculty of Public Health has issued a remote work or Work From Home policy since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic transition period. To support this policy, the Faculty of Public Health developed an online service system to facilitate services for students, alumni, collaboration partners, etc which is centralized in the Faculty Service Unit (Unit Layanan Fakultas)
It is the main gateway for all integrated online services at the faculty. Some of the integrated services include academic services, student affairs, alumni, libraries, research and community service, collaboration, general information and complaints and suggestions. This service can be accessed via the faculty website.
The Faculty of Public Health of Universitas Indonesia participates in regional development and planning, especially in the field of Public Health.
