In addition to the success of the steps taken, FPH also conveyed the obstacles encountered in the process of monitoring and evaluating faculty performance, namely differences in perceptions and understanding of indicators so that it is necessary to convey clear operational definitions so that there are no mistakes in filling in performance achievements, and the need for an accountability system. sakip) university level which is always asked by assessors during the ZI assessment.
Despite the obstacles faced, the TREM UI Bureau appreciates the achievements and advantages of FPH compared to other faculties where FPH has achieved more than 100% for almost the 68 monitoring and evaluation indicators it has. “The achievement of FPH itself is good because it is only constrained by 3 indicators which have not reached 100% were compared to other faculties, FPH is one of the few indicators that does not reach 100%,” said the Head of the TREM UI Bureau, Vishnu Juwono.
Through this visit, the TREM UI Bureau hopes to obtain output in the form of POB Monev which can later be applied to work units as well as the preparation of a monev guidebook that can reduce gaps in different interpretations of achievements. (wrk)
