Building Togetherness and a Renewed Spirit: FPH UI Holds Motivation Building Program for Administrative Staff

Depok, September 21, 2025 – The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) once again held a motivation building program, this time dedicated specifically to administrative staff. The activity took place in two batches, on September 19–21 and September 26–28, 2025, in Yogyakarta, involving all administrative personnel of FPH UI. The program aimed to strengthen togetherness, boost work motivation, and foster an excellent service spirit among staff members.

The series of motivation-building activities was designed to promote synergy and teamwork among staff in supporting the institution’s performance. Participants were also encouraged to balance their professional responsibilities with creative expression. Through various collaborative games, performances, and competitions, the program inspired positive energy, effective communication, and a deeper understanding of a service-oriented work culture that supports academic excellence.

Dean of FPH UI, Prof. dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc., in her opening remarks, emphasized that the purpose of the motivation building was to strengthen unity and refresh the spirit of teamwork. “As its name suggests, motivation building aims to foster motivation and revitalize the bonds of togetherness and kinship. Moving forward, UI will face greater challenges in advancing, and we must remain united and work more professionally. Without togetherness, we will not be able to face the great challenge of building a healthier Indonesia. Motivation cannot be built without brotherhood, solidarity, and compassion,” he said.

Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs of FPH UI, Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc., who also accompanied the participants during the event, expressed her appreciation for the enthusiasm of the administrative staff. “Administrative personnel are the frontliners in supporting academic and administrative services at FPH UI. The faculty cannot function well without your dedication. Future challenges will become increasingly complex, so motivation and synergy must continue to be nurtured. Through this event, I hope to see renewed energy, stronger unity, greater enthusiasm, and higher motivation to realize a dignified FPH UI that brings meaningful contributions to all,” she stated.

Through the strengthened spirit cultivated in this motivation-building program, FPH UI reaffirms its commitment to creating a harmonious and productive work environment while continuously improving the quality of services for students, lecturers, and institutional partners. (wrk)
