The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) once again demonstrated its commitment to maintaining the well-being of its academic community by organizing the Griseta Integrated Health Post (Posbindu) activity on Friday, April 25, 2025. The Posbindu was open to all members of the FPH UI community, including faculty, administrative staff, students, as well as cleaning and security personnel.
The event was officially opened by the General Manager of FPH UI, Dr. Martya Rahmaniati Makful, S.Si., M.Si., together with the Chair of Posbindu Griseta, Dr. Ir. Trini Sudiarti, M.Si. In their opening remarks, both emphasized the importance of early detection of non-communicable disease (NCD) risk factors and the active role of all institutional members in fostering a healthy work environment.
This edition of Posbindu featured a mini medical check-up, which included cholesterol, uric acid, and random blood sugar tests, as well as measurements of weight, height, and waist circumference. In addition to health screenings, the event also included an educational session by Mandiri Inhealth, which provided information on the benefits of health insurance.
The main goal of the Posbindu initiative is to monitor the health status of the FPH UI community on a regular basis, identify potential disease risks early, and raise awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle in the workplace. Through regular implementation of Posbindu, it is hoped that the FPH UI community will become more vigilant about their health and motivated to consistently adopt healthy habits.
Through Griseta Posbindu, FPH UI remains committed to promoting a healthy campus culture as part of its ongoing promotive and preventive efforts in line with public health values.
