FPH UI Holds Motivation Building Program for Teaching Staff in Yogyakarta

Depok, August 21, 2025 – The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing excellent and solid human resources through the organization of a motivation building program for its teaching staff. The event took place on August 19–21, 2025 in Yogyakarta, carrying the spirit of togetherness, capacity strengthening, and academic performance enhancement.

The motivation building program was designed as both a refreshing break and a team development platform, enabling FPH UI lecturers to maintain cohesion and improve their work quality in fulfilling the threefold mission of higher education. Through various reflection sessions, motivational training, and collaborative activities, teaching staff were encouraged to strengthen teamwork, communication, and a sense of belonging to the institution.

Dean of FPH UI, Prof. dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc., emphasized that this program is a strategic effort to foster stronger bonds among lecturers while instilling renewed enthusiasm in facing the challenges of higher education and public health. Human resources that are united, solid, passionate, and collaborative are key for FPH UI to consistently deliver excellent performance and make a real contribution to the nation.

Over the course of three days, participants engaged in diverse activities, including motivational sessions and academic development discussions that highlighted teamwork and leadership. The cultural richness of Yogyakarta added a positive atmosphere, allowing participants to interact more closely and build strong emotional connections.

Through this program, FPH UI hopes that teaching staff will return to campus with renewed energy, stronger motivation, and a firmer commitment to advancing education, research, and community service. This motivation building program also serves as an important momentum for FPH UI to strengthen a healthy and productive organizational culture. (wrk)
