The Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia again monitors and evaluates performance indicators for the 3rd quarter of 2022. The meeting to discuss the achievements took place on Thursday, October 6, 2022, attended by faculty leaders, managers and sub-unit coordinators. “Entering the 4th quarter, it is important for the faculty to ensure that all programs have been implemented in the 3rd quarter, with the percentage of achievements that are close to the target. This meeting is also a means to share and formulate ways to accelerate achievements that are still below the target,” said the Deputy Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs, Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc.
The overall achievement percentage at the faculty level in Quarter 3 has reached 171 percent.
The highest unit achievement was achieved by the Journal of Public Health unit, the Facility Management and Maintenance sub-unit, and the Research and Community Service Unit.
Several things were underlined in the efforts to achieve performance indicators which were still below the target, including the need to encourage students to be active and more confident in participating in various international competitions and to provide a forum/competition for students at international conferences that took place domestically. In addition, related to the faculty’s agenda for participating in the 2023 Zona Integritas Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM), Dr. Milla Herdayati, Vice Dean for Resources, General Administration and Venture, reminded that preparations need to be started. Along with the peak of the FPH UI anniversary celebration on November 5, it is planned to carry out the declaration of the readiness of FKM UI as a work unit for the Zona Integritas Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM)
On the other hand, the Dean, Prof. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo encourages all parties within the faculty not to hesitate to show the results of their performance. Recording of faculty achievements and milestones also needs to be supported by adequate documentation facilities. So that the achievements and activities of the faculty can be well informed to the public and increase the positive image of the faculty.
