The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) has made another achievement in the university arena. On October 31, 2022, FKM UI was awarded the Best Microsite Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) title by Universitas Indonesia.
Every year, the Universitas Indonesia follows Times Higher Education (THE) ranking. One part is THE Impact Ranking which assesses the performance of universities worldwide in fulfilling 17 SDGs indicators of sustainable development goals. This year, THE Impact Ranking was attended by 1,406 universities from 106 countries around the world. The assessment indicators used by THE Impact Ranking include research, stewardship (service), outreach, and teaching.
To facilitate assessment, UI’s Bureau of Transformation, Risk Management, and Evaluation Monitoring (TREM) requires every faculty at the University of Indonesia to create an SDGs Microsite. All data relating to the achievements of the SDGs for each faculty will be accommodated on the microsite. This is done to facilitate the assessment by THE Impact Ranking.
The presence of the SDGs Microsite from FPH UI proves FPH UI’s commitment to participate in meeting the SDGs targets. The FPH UI SDGs microsite can be accessed via the link https://www.fkm.ui.ac.id/sdgs-initiatives/.
