Monitoring Third Quarter Performance Achievements, FPH UI Holds Leadership Meeting

The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) held a leadership meeting (Rapim) with an agenda for monitoring and evaluating performance in the third quarter of 2023. The meeting took place on Monday, October 2, 2023, offline in the PA212 RIK Meeting Room.

The leadership meeting was opened by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Mondastri Korib Sudaryo, M.S., D.Sc., followed by Deputy Deans, Managers, Faculty Secretaries, Deputy General Managers and Coordinators. The meeting discussed the performance contract achievements of each work unit under the Deanery which were successfully achieved in the third quarter of 2023.

“Entering the third quarter, we really need to monitor and measure the achievements of faculty work programs. “We have 1 quarter ahead to catch up on the parts that have not been fulfilled until Q3 3,” said Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration, Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Si., started the meeting.

Entering the third quarter there are several revisions to the 2023 Performance Contract, but this does not change the costs that have been cascaded to work units or departments and study programs. Another thing that is being discussed is that the calculation for greenmetrics has not been achieved in the third quarter, because the greenmetric calculation will only be calculated on October 9, 2023. There are differences in how to calculate the increase in greenmetrics (to 5%) and the provision of renewable energy (to 60%). These differences in calculation methods will require adjustments until the final score is found.

Another increase was recorded in UKKPPM revenue which contributed 5%, the revised target was an increase of 3% from last year.

The following are the highlights of the percentage of achievements reported in the third quarter performance contract monitoring and evaluation. The highest achievement in the third quarter was recorded by URPM. Meanwhile, the breakdown of achievements per field is Field 1 Achievement: 95.32%, Field 2 and Non-Field Achievement: 43.22%, Field 3 Achievement: 1866.32%, Field 4 Achievement: 69.41%, SU Achievement: 133.23%.

Following the monitoring and evaluation meeting of units under the Deanery, a meeting was held involving all Departments and Study Programs which took place on Thursday, October 5, 2023. The results of the two monitoring and evaluation meetings will be consolidated into a faculty achievement report which will be reported to the university. (sf)
