“FPH UI has four undergraduate programs, all of which have been nationally accredited as superior by the Indonesian Higher Education Health Independent Accreditation Institute (LAM-PTKes). “The four undergraduate study programs are the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program, the Nutrition Undergraduate Study Program, the Environmental Health Undergraduate Study Program, and the Occupational Safety and Health Undergraduate Study Program,” said FPH UI Academic Manager, Dr. Laila Fitria, S.K.M., M.K.M., at the FPH UI profile presentation in accepting a study visit from SMA Akhwat Nabawi Islamic School, Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Doctor Laila also added that two undergraduate study programs have also been internationally accredited, namely the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program which has been accredited from AUN and the Public Health Undergraduate Study Program has been accredited by AHPGS.
Received in Classroom G103 FPH UI, a total of 18 participants consisting of students and accompanying teachers from Akhwat Nabawi Islamic School visited FPH UI to obtain further information regarding the faculty profile and selection for new student admissions at FPH UI.
In her presentation, Dr. Laila also said that the selection process for new student admissions at UI consists of the independent pathway and the national pathway. FPH UI itself has a national admission pathway from SNBP and SNBT as well as an independent pathway through SIMAK and PPKB for both regular and non-regular undergraduate programs.
Apart from entry routes, visiting participants focused on questions regarding the strictness of entering FPH UI for each study program, education costs, types of scholarships, curriculum, types of courses and assessment criteria for the SNBP and PPKB routes. (wrk)
