The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) Universitas Indonesia (UI) is entering a new stage in its process towards the Integrity Zone (ZI) of the Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM). In order to monitor the readiness of FPH UI to face the ZI-WBBM assessment, the Bureau of Organization and Administration (Ortala) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) conducted a direct visitation to the FPH UI campus.
During the visitation, which was held on Tuesday, 25 July 2023, the team from the Ortala Bureau consisting of Dra. Ovi Soviaty Rivay, M.Pd., and Domas Mifta Mudita, S.E., focused on conducting a presentation and visitation simulation which FPH UI would later participate in on an assessment from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB). The team from the Ortala Bureau aims to find out the appearance, information and duration of the exposure which will later be displayed by FPH UI during the assessment with KemenPANRB and want to experience first-hand the services provided by FPH UI to stakeholders.
In this activity, Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures, and General Administration of FPH UI, Dr. Milla Herdayati, S.K.M., M.Sc., conducted a presentation simulation on the development of an Integrity Zone towards WBBM which was carried out at FPH UI. Through his presentation, Dr. Milla conveyed about the achievements of FPH UI during 2022-2023, changes and innovations towards ZI-WBBM and risk management carried out at FPH UI. In addition, the team from the Ortala Bureau also carried out a campus tour to see and experience the facilities, services, and insights of the FPH UI community about ZI-WBBM.
Based on the results of the presentation and campus tour, the team from the Ortala Bureau provided several inputs regarding the appearance and content of the presentation, the need for overall socialization regarding the FPH UI process towards ZI-WBBM to the FPH UI extended family, both staff and students, the need to internalize ASN values with morality, as well as various inputs regarding facilities that need to be highlighted from FPH UI before the visitation from KemenPANRB.
Through this visitation simulation, FPH UI is even more enthusiastic about continuing to prepare all the necessary aspects towards ZI-WBBM. (wrk)
