Since 2022 FPH UI has been running an integrated quality management system. This integration is a step taken to combine the implementation and monitoring of 2 quality management systems and maintain the sustainability of the Corruption-Free Zone Integrity Zone Development (ZI WBK). The integrated management system is implemented by following the Integrated Quality Management Guidelines.
As is known, FPH UI first received ISO 9001: 2015 certification in 2017 from DQS Germany. This ISO SMM 9001; 2015 certification is also one of the strengths in the development of the Integrity Zone at FPH UI. Until 2023, FPH UI has undergone 2 re-certifications. In 2021, FPH UI received the Zone of Integrity Free from Corruption (ZI WBK) predicate from KemenPAN RB. The ZI WBK title is given to work units that are considered to have successfully implemented bureaucratic reform well, fulfilling most of the improvement process criteria in the 6 lever components and realizing clean and accountable government and excellent public service
Following in 2022 FPH UI was certified as a faculty who implemented the Anti-Bribery Management System by Garuda Certification. The Anti-Bribery Quality Management System (SMAP) in its implementation emphasizes the importance of meeting stakeholder and statutory requirements in realizing public products or services and is committed to anti-bribery.
The need to ensure the implementation of the 2 quality management systems and the ZI WBK predicate in the main business and services in the framework of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education encourages FPH UI to combine the 3 into integrated operational procedures. To ensure the implementation of a comprehensive and up to date integrated quality management system, FPH UI on May 27 to 29, 2024 held a consignment to monitor and evaluate the integrated quality management system.
The results of the consignment were revisions/updates to all Standard Operating Procedures owned by work units under the Faculty Administration Center and the issuance of Subunit work instructions for service activities that can be completed in a work subunit. It also resulted in updates to the Risk Identification for both services and the Anti-Bribery Quality Management System, as well as updates to the Quality Objectives that refer to the Performance Contracts of each work subunit. Monitoring and evaluation of the Integration Management system is also intended to strengthen the preparation of FPH UI in the assessment of the Zone of Integrity of the Clean Serving Bureaucratic Region (ZI WBBM) that is being carried out. The ZI WBBM title is given to work units that are considered successful in implementing bureaucratic reform very well and achieving clean and accountable government and excellent public services. -sf-
