FPH UI Enlivens UI Open Days 2025 with Program Information Booth and Interactive Presentation Sessions

The Faculty of Public Health (FPH) of Universitas Indonesia (UI) once again participated in the UI Open Days 2025 event, held on May 3–4, 2025, at Balairung UI, Depok Campus. This annual event serves as an important platform for prospective students and the general public to explore study programs and the academic environment at Universitas Indonesia more closely.

FPH UI set up an interactive booth that drew a steady stream of visitors throughout the two-day event. At the booth, FPH UI introduced its full range of educational programs in public health, from undergraduate to master’s and doctoral levels. Visitors were also able to consult directly with current students and speakers, and engage in quizzes and exciting activities offered at the FPH booth.

The highlight of FPH UI’s participation took place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, through a presentation session held on the main stage of Balairung UI. The session featured Dr. Ir. Asih Setiarini, M.Sc., Vice Dean for Education, Research, and Student Affairs at FPH UI, as the keynote speaker. In her presentation, Dr. Asih provided in-depth information about the various study programs and the role of FPH UI in preparing graduates to face global public health challenges.

“FPH UI offers a variety of educational programs that are not only academically strong but also aligned with today’s societal needs. From undergraduate to master’s and doctoral programs, each is designed to shape leaders and innovators in public health,” Dr. Asih stated during her presentation.

The session was highly interactive, with audience members actively asking questions about career prospects, curriculum, and the real-world impact of FPH UI graduates. The participants’ enthusiasm reflected the strong interest in public health issues and FPH UI’s commitment to expanding its positive impact.

Through its participation in UI Open Days 2025, FPH UI aims to broadly introduce public health study programs and inspire the younger generation to contribute to improving public health in Indonesia through education.

See you at the next UI Open Days!
